Asus P4B266-M, anyone?

Anyone knows:
1. where to buy P4B266-M mobo (the microATX form factor of P4B266)? I can't seems to find a vendor that sell this mobo.
2. if this mobo will be as good as the P4B266 for oc'ing the P4 1.6A to 2.1 or above?

Some people said that their P4S333-VM mobo works just fine like the bigger bro P4S333... I'm hoping that is also the case for the P4B266-M. Why M? Coz my friend (the one I'm building a new system for) already purchased a computer desk that can house at most a mini/micro ATX case. Btw, if you know a cool mini/micro ATX case, please let me know (or visit my thread at the Case & Cooling topic)
