Hi All,
I've got an Asus P4B motherboard. I've got several AGP video cards that won't fit in it because
they aren't "notched" in the right place.
I read the owners manual and it talks about using 1.5V signaling devices and not 3.3V ones.
They say that the Intel 845 chipset supports the 1.5V cards.
It's also got a red light on the mb that shows you if you happened to put a 3.3v card in that
was notched like a 1.5V card. Supposedly the mb won't power up if you put the wrong card in.
My question is......are the 1.5V notched cards odd or is that the standard now a days and I happen
to have some older cards that don't fit?
Thanks,
Jim
