What can someone tell me about motherbaoard? Good, Bad, Indifferent? Look at something else?

Bump back to the top. No one knows nothing about this motherboard. Interesting

It's a P4 800MHz board with an Ali chipset that runs only single channel DDR but with H-T support. It's a budget board and runs like an 845PE board speed-wise. Here's a review.
