I put it together with a P3 550MHZ (cpu is almost new and it worked last time i tried it)Memory is fine, so is the Power supply cause I tried 2, NO POST, NO BEEP and the LED on it dont light up. I put the board on an antistatic bag and still nothing, am I doing something wrong or is it time to RMA?

The bored is probably blow, or the cpu or the memory, or even the power supply. It's most likely the motherboard though.

Did you make sure the motherboard wasn't shorting out anywhere?

Did you really push the cpu down hard enough..it should 'click' in.

That happened to me. ;)

Whatever you do, do not run the mobo on top of an anti-static bag. It conducts electricity!

Try the screwdriver trick: jump the 2 header pins on the mobo for the power on. If nothing else, it'll confirm that the case's power switch is ok/not ok.
