I have 4 systems in my family running this board, all the older versions. 3 of them will just magically reboot when doing most anything at all. If they don't lock up that is. They run just fine for various amounts of time, but than bam, a reboot. The other machine doesn't have any problems at all. I have no IRQ conflicts, everything is configed ok and the video cards have ranged from a tnt 1, voodoo3, tnt2 ultra, to a geforce ddr. I break the systems down to just the mb and the video card and these reboots still occur. Could the clock generator do this by getting to hot? If so, where can I pick up a descent heatsink and fan for my boards. Any reccomendations would be greatly appreciated!! Also, the cpus do it at default clocking and when oc'ed. Thanks!!

Have u tried raising the VIO from 3.5v to 3.6v?
If not just change the jumper next to the dimm slots and maybe that'll give u some stability :)
I have WinMe runnin on the system on my sig and its totally stable with no lockups/errors anything at all playing up! :)

My boss had a problem with that symptom on his new computer. It turned out the power supply was set for 220V and switching it to 115V solved the problem. I know it's far-fetched to assume that three of your four computers have this problem, but have a look...

As for heatsinks, how about this one: http://2cooltek.safeshopper.com/4/132.htm?665

Also, you should download the microsoft's patch that fix rebooting problem. That is one of Windows98SE's flaws.
