Asus P3V4X and old (PC66) ram?

I am starting to build a new system based on the Asus mobo. My question: until I can afford some good-quality PC133 CAS2 (or CAS3?) 256 ram, can I use my old system's PC66 ram? I don't want to just throw it away.
Thanks,

As long as your system FSB is at 100MHz, you can use PC66 SDRAM.

If your system FSB is at 133MHz, then you won't be able to use PC66 SDRAM.

Even if you run a 133fsb you could set the memory to auto in the bios, witch sould run it a 66. And give it a try at 100, it might run! I've got some old generic 66 that runs at 100.

Thanks all for your quick responses, you've definately cleared it up for me. Now all I need to do is find the best price on the P3V4x, which should be pretty easy with PriceWatch! :)

Wetlan - the case is by a company called G3, I think, seems like some cheapy $49 ATX tower, but it has 4 5.25" bays and 3 3.5" bays and a "KingStar" 250w power supply. I'll be putting in my internal Zip drive, my 3.5" floppy drive by TEAC, one Maxtor 2.5G HD, one Western Digital 8.5G HD, one 40x CDROM, one SoundBlaster AWE 64, one LucentTechnologies Winmodem, and I have as of yet to get my graphic card.
Does this help?
