Read the motherboard manual.
The P3V133 is fully controlled by jumpers. You have a bank of 3-4 jumpers marked FS0 to FS3. These control the FSB, and therefore control the PCI bus speed. At 133MHz FSB, there are 2 jumper settings, one for 133FSB/44PCI and one for 133FSB/33PCI.
The jumper settings are clearly written in the manual; there is also a complete table printed on the motherboard itself located between the PCI slots.
There is also a jumper near the AGP slot marked AGPFS, and this will set your AGP divider. READ the manual for the exact setting.
AGP speed is linked to FSB. The only thing you can change is the AGP divider in relation to the FSB.
