Try raising the IO/voltage up, If memory serves/ it's a jumper just above the ide on the board. I beleive it raises the voltage from 3.5 to 3.65 if I remember correctly.

Have you ever been able to run the CPU at 100 FSB?? If not not, you may need to increase the voltage going to the chip. The default voltage is probably 1.5v but many people have had to raise the voltage up to 1.7 - 1.8V to get stability. If you've already tried upping the voltage, what kind of temps are you gettin??

Also, see page 17 of your owner's manual to make sure that you have the AGP divider set to 2/3 rather than 1/1.

ive never ran at 100 fsb and ive tried voltages all the way up to 1.85 and my agp is on 2/3 not 1/1. i get about 24-25 deg. celcius temps.

Setup the P3B-F in jumperless mode. Then set the Vcore voltage on the slotket to 1.85V. Do not use the P3B-F soft bios to increase Vcore. If 1.85 works, then test your stability. If stable, start reducing the Vcore until you find the minimum that allows you to run stable.

I would leave the I/O voltage at default since you are not overclocking you memory.

I toasted my video card by increasing I/O, but it was a cheapo. My Celeron 600 (3rd one, sold the other 2) is running at 900 with 1.85 Vcore, on a generic slocket using the P3B-F to set the voltage, works great so far. Had it to 1008, but my hard drive doesn't like the faster PCI bus. Time for a new drive...

This is just my experience, and it's only with 3 CPU's, but all of them needed the 1.85 Vcore to keep running solid for any length of time. Normal Vcore on these is 1.7, so it's less than 10% over. My chips were all OEM, and I've tried the MSI master and a generic, but it didn't seem to make a difference. I save the MSI's now for boards that don't let you play with voltage.

i got it to OC to 900 finally .. all i had to do was set the jumper on the slotket to 100mhz bus and it worked fine. but as soon as i got to windows (2000 pro) it just reboots on me while it logs in. any ideas?
