ASUS P3B-F BIOS flush/update - need help

I want to update the BIOS in my asus mobo to get it ready for an oc. I know this subject was mentioned here before many times but i cant find the procedure anywhere to how update properly bios. Can someone help me with this? I promise i'll take notes so u wount have to repeat uresf 🙂 THX!


PS:Maybe a link to a page or something that has simplle procedures on how to flush and update BIOS.
 
i have checked the asus site and it has jack.They dont even tell u what to do and their site is enourmously slow (ASUS mobo= awesome, ASUS site=crap🙂). Anywasys i figured out how to do it on my won and its not that bad.
