Asus P2B new bios 1014 beta2

Hopefully i'm not the only one left with this particular m/b. The new beta 2 bios just got released and was wondering if anyone has tried it yet. I was about to flash, but i had some doubts after seeing some red flags just before hitting the 'Y' button. The exact model number is not the same, and there's a typo with the bios date... instead of year xx/xx/02, the genius programmer put in xx/xx/20. No way i'm flashing with a date like that.

I noticed the new BIOS as well. Hopefully, it fixes the problem with 1.1GHz Celerons and Pentium IIIs.

As you say, there does seem to be a glitch. Hold off until there is a replacement (hopefully within the next few days).

I've flashed the bios and didn't notice any date glitches. It shows 04/01/02.

I'm also wondering what's new... The only thing I've noticed is a fix for the visual display issue at BIOS FEATURES SETUP. There was no "Shadow" text for D0000-D3FFF setting in 1014 beta 1.
