Asus P2B-F won't soft reboot

I flashed the latest bios 1013b, and now my P2B-F won't soft reboot. no ctrl-alt-del, no reset in windows and no reset button on the front of the machine. When I do it the screen just goes black screen and it starts then hangs. The drives are spinning and fans are running. No beaps, no nothing after it checks the cd rom. I tried pulling the battery and setting the bios to default settings. I tried pulling components. I even tried flashing back to bios 1012. No luck. Got any ideas.
