Asus P2B-F BIOS Flash, HELP!!!

I have read with interest that when flashing the CUSL2 mother board, you must short out two solder points to get the system to reboot. My question is, doe's the P2B-F have these solder points, and where are they located?

I am having a similar problem of not being able to reboot after flashing to the latest BIOS revision. It said the flash was successful but upon reboot there is nothing.

Help please.
