Hello All,

I have a ASUS motherboard P2B-B rev 1.02 and I am trying to use a P3 1Ghz processor on it , but when i turn it on I don't see any video. Can't even go into the BIOS. I have checked all the other cards and they seem to be fine. Anyone has any suggestions on what to do???? Do these boards support 1GHZ with 133 FSB???Need urgent help

I just built a very similar system a few months back for legacy stuff. IIRC from my research, that revision you have does not support the coppermine cpus. Only the 1.10 do (which is what I'm using now.)

Only thing you might try is to find a 512KB off die cache P2/P3 cpu and flash the bios to the newest one; that might work but no promise. Also you can look into a slotket combo and be able to set the voltage at 2.0.
