I need help deciding on a motherboard either

I want a system that is rock solid i dont want a buggy machine that i have to tweak all the time i'm half tempted to go with the slower socket 754 just because i like the DFI nvidea chipset board but performance wise i hear you can almost get to FX speeds with the 939 i'm leaning towards the asus even though i want the nforce chipset but the msi board doesnt sound that promising stability wise the processor that i am going to use is the athlon 3000 with a gig of dual channel PDP 2-3-2-5-T1 timing
i dont want to wait for the nforce 4 chipset boards either
