ASUS OR EVGA??

The BFG 6800GT OC is much better. It comes from the factory overclocked by default, and has a lifetime warranty.
 
I'd go with eVGA. It's not that difficult to modestly overclock the card yourself, at least to BFG speeds.
 
All I can say id that my ASUS rocks. It's a great design with Ultra PCB and a great, quite silent and good looking single slot cooler.
