ASUS notebook and DELL tablet, revert Win version?

I know these aren't quite laptops but I don't know where else to ask.

It's been at least 2 years since I upgraded this ASUS notebook to Win10 but I'm just curious if it's in any way possible to go back to Win8 that it came with. I have very bizarre slow performance for a tablet this powerful with hardly anything on it and very well maintained and I have a feeling Win10 may be the problem. So is this possible or am I stuck with Win10?

The same question goes for my Dell Venue 8 Pro.
