Asus Nforce2 LAN question?

Which one is better to use for my internet connection? 3COM or NVIDIA LAN?
Should I dissable the one that I'm not using?

The Nvidia MAC is better, full duplex throughput on par with an Intel Gigabyte LAN, and less CPU cycles. The 3Com is decent as long as you update the drivers, but still has less throughput and uses more cycles. If you aren't using it yes, just disable it.
