Where puprpose does such a build serve? Its priced around $750-$800, the card takes up a large amount of space, you still need a SLI mobo! what improvements are there over the 7800GTSLI except for the fact that its slightly faster benchmarks and on a single card...

It is a pretty notable card. I was surprised to see it lose some benches to the 7800GT SLI though- you'd think they would be the same.
