Asus N6600 Video card and screwy BIOS screen

Hey,

I have a friend that has brought a computer by that is acting kind of screwy. It is a new build, so it has never worked "properly."

In the BIOS it acts all shakey and is hard to read. It has an Asus N6600 PCIX video card, DFI NF4 Ultra-D video card, and a 939 3500+ venice. We have already swapped out the crucial value ram with some other ram with no success.
