[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]I bought an Asus n550jv (16 Gb RAM, i7 processor, 1 Tb hard drive). [/FONT]
[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]When it works, it's a wonderful notebook, but because of chronic BSOD problems, I've had to take it three times to Technical Assistance. Among the things they've done, they've changed its hard drive. [/FONT]
[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]However, the computer was unusable months ago, and it still is unusable. The chronic BSOD issue is still there. [/FONT]
[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]The chain I bought it from are likely to offer to replace it with the same model. Are you guys, by any chance, aware of any design-flaw with the Asus model I had bought?? Or should I ask to swap it with a different brand of Windows computers?? [/FONT]
