I have been experimenting with this Asus MyLogo utility. It works pretty good, except it does a poor job at reducing the colors in most pictures. I tried reducing the colors in Paint Shop Pro, which does a great job, except the MyLogo utility tends to make those look even worse.

So how many of you are using a custom boot logo? It might be interesting to post the logo you're using.
