Asus mx279h & mx239h

Hiya guys, I saw this being announced a few days ago, I wonder what you think. I know some are not very fond of 1080p, but these two monitors just look fantastic in my opinion:

No idea on pricing yet, though. I don't think that has been announced.

Love those stands. My ML228 uses them - an LED monitor, though smaller and without speakers

Is IPS a dramatic improvement? Where can one preview IPS monitors.

Excellent design both functionally and aesthetically, but that 27" being only 1080p is a shame. Hopefully in a few years they make a 30" 2560x1600 screen with similar specs and I'll get a multi-display setup. 😀

Best Buy, Dell store, Staples. Some stores don't carry them though, so check the specs.
