Quick question to you graphics cards gurus, which company do you thrust the most of all those out there...on the green side mostly...don't ask...

Best one for warranty and quality mostly.

And why?

EVGA - I always buy EVGA when I buy nVidia and I always buy XFX when I buy AMD.

I gave up thrusting companies after my younger years in college.

Nowadays it feels more like they are the ones thrusting me. o_O

I like Evga, because you can do everthing but throw the card out the window and they will still replace it.

But I'll buy any card with a 2 or 3 year warranty. I never keep them for a lifetime, so I don't really care about the lifetime warranty.

EVGA is a sold brand for Nvidia then I'd say second best would probably be MSI just for their warranty.

eVGA followed by MSI for Nvidia. I've used an assortment of ATI/AMD cards from Sapphire, Gigabyte, Asus and HIS with no issues.

I like sapphire, though Ive had Asus/HIS/MSI cards too.
I like to think of them as good quality card makers.

XFX or Powercolour.... Im not sure Id buy simply because I dont associate them with the same level of quality.

I remember reading reviews where they take off the caseings and look at the components used, sometimes markers use cheaper ones to save a penny here and there and... well it matters. Mosly it comes to cooling solutions though... I dont like it when card makers go skimpy on that.

warranty doesnt really factor into my considerations, Ive never had a grafics card die on me... if/when it happends that ll probably change my mind though.

quality of product >>>> warranty

Never had problems with Gigabyte and i like that the warranty is tied in with the serial. XFX and EVGA are awesome also.

Dammit...made the jump and bought the ASUS GTX 560 ti DirectCU II!!!!!!!

I was tired of this damnable tranparency AA (alpha to coverage thingy) giving me wierd to ugly effects in the games I play now.

Last nVidia was a Palit 9600 GT. Can't wait to try this 560 Ti!

In soviet russia you don't thrust video cards makers, video cards makers thrust you!

(reviving a lame internet meme ftl :()

Seriously though best of luck with the 560Ti  hopefully your transparency problems will be gone.

EVGA has a great warranty but they always use reference cooling which blows.

MSI and ASUS are all i buy. Have a 3 year warranty which is long enough.

Not really Brand conscious in Video Cards, other than ATI/AMD. That said, I think Asus has the best design from a Styling perspective, although that's rather pointless as I can't see my Vidcard anyway. My current Gigabyte Vidcard has a nice Zalman cooler on it which adds some value(not Price wise) to it. Have had both Saphire and HIS in the past, both make solid Vidcards.

Oh man, you have my sympathy mate, ain't nothing worse than having to wait out the weekend to have your gear delivered on a Monday. That sucks.

I once had a mobo being delivered on a Friday, and this was back when everyone required a signature for deliveries or else they wouldn't leave it, and the UPS guy came right when I was on the crapper and I was in no position of authority in telling my bowels they were going to have to take a timeout for me to get to the door...had to wait until Monday to get that mobo. That sucked.

My 570 was to be delivered on a Friday, so I stayed home thinking it would be late morning. By 2:30 I figured it was going to be a while, so I hit the shower. Soon as I step out with my towl, I hear him driving away. Luckily I live in an apt and intercepted it at the office.
