is there a program i can download or something where i can find out exactly what type of motherboard i have?? can someone please help thanks...

Also, im looking into overclocking my cpu, but need to unlock the motherboard first, could someone give some links to help on that also?

As a rule, ASUS boards have the name and revision # somewhere in the area of the PCI slots . eg: A7N8X rev.2 in fairly large letters. Usually between the PCI slots.
