I'm searching for an ASUS motherboard that is compatible with my hardware parts below:

CPU: Intel Core i7 940 SLBCK Desktop CPU Processor LGA1366 2.93GHz 8MB
RAM: Kingston HyperX 6GB Kit 3X2GB DDR3-1600 CL9 240PIN DIMM XMP Triple Channel Memory Kit
Hard Drive: 750GB Seagate sata hard drive
DVD ROM: IDE DVD ROM

I would like an on-board video connection.

Thanks

I don't think you are going to find on-board video with LGA-1366. Also, I don't believe an LGA1366 board will be able to run the memory at DDR3-1600 speed.

My P6T Deluxe V2 was pretty good until the basement flooded (I think the edge of the board may have gotten wet with it running). Since then its been crashing about once a week.

One disappointing thing with it was the Marvell eSATA controller. It supports neither > 2TB drives or SATA multiplexing for multi-drive external enclosures, even though Marvell's site says the chipset should support that.

plus the 1366 socket are at end of life and may be a bit harder to find other than used.

I had the x58 sabertooth before my current system and it was a very stable board with usb 3.0 and sata 6gb tho those were 3rd party controller since the x58 doesn't support those natively. I was very happy with it up until I sold it earlier this year.
