ASUS motherboard RMA, who's done it recently?

I was over at their website and noticed they don't have their RMA page any more. I also came across a page that said I needed to contact my reseller to get a warranty performed on a motherboard that has a three year ASUS warranty. Has this changed where they've made responsible the actual reseller of the board as opposed to them being the sole supporters of the board?

Depending on how long ago you purchased it, you might want to look at RMA'ing it through the reseller.

I sent an Asus board back through NewEgg (it was 1 day old) and it was completely painless. No phone calls, automatic approval, no costs (except for the cost of the freight to them, nothing for the shipment back to me).
