Asus motherboard RMA process?

I had an ASUS P4S333 that died on me recently.. does anyone have experience with Asus RMAs ? I found minimal information on their web site, and the general impression I got from it was.. goto your reseller for help.

call the asustek support, they'll go with u through the process

Yeah, phone them. Expect it to take a while. Being the holiday season, if you 2-day it to them you can probably count on it taking about 3 weeks to return, if my two RMAs were indicative.
