ASUS motherboard overvolting Barton 3200+

In my BIOS, my cpu is set at 1.65V but the readings is always showing 1.68V to 1.71V. It doesnt affect my CPU that much but the temp of my CPU is a bit higher than I would prefer as mid-days, it's about 51C idle and 56C on load. Not that high on a SLK-800a but still want it lower idle/load temps.

My Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe does that too, and it seems my previous Asus boards have done that. I hate it, but I've just kind of forgotten about it and lived with it. It's overvolting my RAM, too. I have a "normal" 2.5V DIMM, and it has to run it at 2.6V. I'd like it to be in spec, but it's quite a solid system, so I haven't bothered with it.
