Hey guys.
I have a computer system (my main one) for 3 years now. I never bothered learning why the problem causes because i never had a need to move large files over USB.
Well the time has come.....and I need to solve the problem
Specs:
Asus K8V SE Deluxe
AMD 64 3200 2.0GHz (not OC'ed)
Corsair 2x512MB@PC3200 RAM (not OC'ed)
WD EIDE 40GB HDD @7200RPM
ATI Radeon 128MB 9800 PRO
WinXP Pro /w SP2 + latest updates
The problem:
Doesn't matter what USB port I use, it keeps telling me that I am using the 1.1 USB (you know the yellow baloon on system tray) beside the clock that says: "You can get higher speeds by using USB 2.0...blah blah"
Obviously your first suggestion would be to look in mobo CD right?
Well I did...and here is the pic of it:

When I click on USB 2.0 Driver...notepad opens up with the following semi-broken English text...and I copy/paste:
Geee...nice one Asus...at least you could pay more money and hire someone better who can write in English properly lol.
But anyways guys...is there a fix for it?
