Asus MOBO unflashed itself

I have an ASUS A7V266-E and I flashed it a year ago to accept 2400+ XP. Now it won't recognize the CPU. Windows crashes. The only way I can now boot is to lower the FSB and run a 3gz chip @ 1.5Gz. This is not kewl what can I do to correct this?
