Asus mobo feature - boot into Linux

Quite a few new ASUS motherboards have the "instant boot" feature that opens Linux and several basic applications. Has anyone tried running a Linux based DC client on one?

Perhaps with no real overhead, it might crunch faster.

Just curious.

I bought an Asus P5Q Pro about 4wks ago with that feature, unfortunatly I still haven't installed it yet 😱, so I can't help you atm.

Btw I assume their's still no DPAD Linux client?
