i currently own a asus P3V4X motherboard, where can i find higher jumper settings. the manual only goes as high as 733Mhz and i would like to OC it to atleast 900Mhz.

since the p3 is multiplier locked, any m/board multiplier setting is irrelevant. you can only o/clock by increasing the fsb!

Use the jumper-free settings in the BIOS. The dipswitches on the P3V4X (and any other ASUS motherboard fitted with dipswitches for that matter) only give a very limited amount of multipliers and FSBs. The BIOS settings are far more complete and flexible.

You need to set the speed to manual, so that you can get to the FSBs between 66, 100 and 133.
