Sorry I don't have the disk you want, but out of curiosity, why don't you want to download the drivers? The download page for your board shows three BIOS updates after the original version and some newer versions of drivers.

Exactly.
Why would you want to use outdated drivers from a disk when you can dload the latest directly from the Asus website.
Quite honestly I dont think I have ever used the manufacturers disk. Except maybe for a LAN driver so I could get online to get the latest drivers for everything else.

All that being said, if you're installing Win7, it really doesn't miss many drivers itself.

Because for this overclocking mainboard there are integrated processors that control the CPU and inner stuff.

So without the drivers for the EPU, for example, there are bottlenecks.
Those regulating pieces of hardware must have their drivers, or they are a barrier.

Uh huh. Ebay dude, just get your driver CD.

"EPU" is a fancy name for ACPI manufactured by ASUS. If you can't find it from the M4N98TD EVO page, try M4N82 page. (same 980a chipset) You don't have to install the package. Simply unzip it and look for a folder "ACPI" or "ACPI64" and that's where the drivers are. Now go to Device Manager and do a manual driver update on "unknown device" and direct to that folder.

Or maybe you can do a search to find out what version of EPU software your board (M4N98TD) uses, and find it from other boards' download sections.
