ASUS M4A785td-m EVO Fans wont start

So I just finished upgrading my backup machine with a 6 core and 12gb RAM and I noticed that the new fans I installed dont spin up. The rear of the case has a 92mm fan on it (from before) but I never checked to see if it worked so I dont know if its a now or always issue. But I also installed another 120mm fan on the side and that wont spin up either. The fans are connected to the onboard headers and so is the CPU fan, which is working. Anyone know whats up?
