Asus M4A785-M Com 1 Pinout?

I was recently given a POS (Point Of Sale) Computer system consisting of a Dell Optiplex GX280 & NEC Multisync LCD 1560V Touchscreen monitor (The touchscreen is an ELO Touch Systems Accutouch compatible system) I want to get the touchscreen to work on a faster system (My "Spare" Computer)
The Touchscreen requires a Serial Port. However my Asus board only has a pin header for a Com 1 and Asus wants me to buy a serial port cable but I already have one that I pulled from a junked 486. The pin-out is not in the manual and I can't get the touchscreen to work but I do know it works as it will work with the com 1 port on the Dell computer
Anyone have a solution (Hopefully one that does not involve me purchasing anything)

Thanks
