Asus M3A Win2k driver issue.

I'm setting up a new system with an Asus M3A MB, it's based on the AMD 770 chipset. However the "Atheros L1 Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T Controller" and "ATK0110 ACPI Utility" both have exclamations saying that they won't work because something else works, which I'm guessing is the big fat "Unknown device" that the MB driver disk nor Windows Update knows what it is. And finding drivers for it on AMD's website has come up nil. Asus only has chipset drivers for as far back as XP.

...what is that device? And is there a driver that will work for it?
