I upgraded to the latest 0303 BIOS and the OC options are so limited, I'm thinking of going with a Biostar mATX board that supposedly overclocks well.

I have a AM2 Sempron 3000+ that I can't take to even 1.8GHz from the stock 1.6GHz.

The RAM voltages are either Auto or 1.9v.

No CPU voltage adjustments.

No HTT adjustments.

 
I ordered the same board a couple of days ago. Since I don't plan to overclock, I'm not too bothered about those options not being there. I just hope the Mushkin HP2-5300 memory I bought to go with it works. I was reading through another board a while ago, and someone mentioned the Jetway M2GT3-PTD. It's a MATX socket AM2 GeForce 6100 board with (unusual for a 6100 mobo) DVI. According to the manual, the BIOS has voltage adjustments for ram, cpu, and even the north bridge. it sells at atacom.com for $55. Here's a link to the (PDF) manual:
