Asus M2N32 Sli constant lockups?

Hi,

Today I bought an Asus M2N32-SLI deluxe along with a X2 Athlon 4200, and 2x512 DDR.

I've flashed the bios to the latest version, got the latest soundmax audio drivers from the asus site but I'm still having terrible lock up and crash problems.

Trying to open media files or simply browsing with firefox will often result in soundmax not responding and my whole system locking up.

Any possible solutions?
