Asus M2N-SLi Deluxe

Building a friends PC for him, I got it all out of the box, have everything hooked up, when you turn it on, the video card fan and the cpu fan spin up for a few seconds (2) and then it powers back down. I have tried a different video card, tried with no ram, moved the ram around, tried 2 sticks and 1 stick. The motherboard has no expansion cards installed. Specs below

XFX GeForce 7900gt
2x512MB G.Skill DDR2-800
Seasonic 500watt psu
Seagate Sata 3gb/s 160gb hdd

Whats your vote? I tried another PSU as well, no dice

bump for friend, hes returning to purdue tommorow for school, trying to get this up for him so he can continue his WoW addiction, lol

These boards can be picky with RAM, especially those from G.Skill and OCZ. Try some XMS2 or Ballistix if at all possible. I'm thinking it's the memory, as I had a similar issue.
