ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe vs M2N32-SLI Deluxe

I've just purchased a M2N-SLI Deluxe, but recently read some discouraging reviews regarding memory, and bios updates. Anyone think I should return it and go with the M2N32-SLI Deluxe? I know it's the 570 to 590, and a price jump.......but is it worth it, or should I just stick with the M2N-SLI?

Mem: G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Proc: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+

does your memory work with the board?

Don't know.....still waiting on the proc. I was just wondering if anyone had insight to the MB pros/cons, and looking for guidance on which way to go. The memory is supported by the MB.......but does it work? That's antoher story.
