Asus looks like they are going to release a 533MHz FSB (i850E) motherboard VERY soon!!!

Check this out! I was looking to see if Asus had a new BIOS for my P4T-E and found THIS! Since they already have the BIOS out, I'm sure the board's release is right around the corner. And since my P4T-E doesn't have the clock generators that support a 533MHz FSB, I think this will be my next upgrade. I'm excited!

I believe the "C" stands for compact - 3 PCI slots
After reading that THW review on the results of using that chip, i'm ready.

Nope. "C" stands for basic model, no on board vga/usb2.0/lan/raid...etc etc.

Such as P4B266-C, CUSL2-C......
