ASUS Laptop HDD and WiFi Lights blinking on start up

Have an ASUS G750JW-DB71 ROG laptop. Three motherboards and one set of RAM replaced in first 12 months of ownership. Downloaded an update to NVIDIA graphics card a month ago. Started up the laptop last night. Power is on but WiFi and HDD LED lights blink on and off. No video or anything else. Ideas on problem? Hope not another motherboard as system is out of warranty. If mobo, what should I have to pay?

I appreciate anything anyone can help me with.
