Going to purchase one of these Asus motherboards soon so which is better? Probably the K8N-E, right?

I'd say the K8N-E Deluxe for several reasons: native gigabit Ethernet (of no use to some people, depends on the situation), integrated firewalling, PCI/AGP lock for mad overclocking goodness (NOW we're talkin' :D), and you should be able to twiddle your settings from Windows, using the nVidia system utility. If it matters to you, it also has six SATA jacks (four using a PCI SATA controller, two native).

k8n-e is almost definitely going to be better (nfroce3 is currently best chipset for a64), but it wont be out till the 25th of july, and it was supposed to be the 23rd of june, so it could be postponed again.
