Asus K8V SE Deluxe vs Asus K8V Deluxe

Okay I am on the bring of buying a new system but cant decide what motherboard, but so far I really like this Asus K8V, but what the heck is the difference between the SE Deluxe and the Deluxe? Like the ATI cards, the SE versions suck hard, is it the same case with the K8V Deluxe?

Performance-wise I doubt there's a difference since the memory controller is inside the CPU.

Feature-wise the only thing I know offhand is that the LAN/ethernet adapters are different in brand but same ol' Gb.
