Asus k8v se deluxe, I get one, long, continuous beep when I power on.

I powered on my computer and was greeted by a continous, monotone beep that doesn't end until I power off, and I get no video out. There is power, I see all the fans moving and lights come on. I know there are codes to the beep like those posted here:

I could not find any information about a long, continous beep that doesn't end. Does anyone know what this might mean?

I couldn't find any useful information on google with this, and I don't have the physical documentation on me now because I'm out of town for a while.

Things I did that might have contributed to the problem:
-moved computer from one place to another (I do this all the time without problem but who knows?)
-opened and cleaned the insides with one of those dust remover sprays (something I also do reguarly without problem)
-removed the videocard and placed it back inside (which I do when I clean it)

That beep you're hearing might be that you don't have the four pin molex plugged into the video card? Which card is it?
 
yep, I'm thinking it's the video card. If it does require its own power, make sure that's plugged in. If you've already done that, I'd try removing the video card and reseating it.
 
Thank you, you were both correct and I forgot to plug the video card's power back in (it looked like it was in but the cord was not plugged in).

However, I plugged it back in and although the beep stopped, there is no video out. The video card was definatly plugged in correctly this time, I could see the fan moving, but no monitor would show any video out. I tried this across multiple monitors that I know work. I also swapped the video card with another working one that gets its power entirely from the agp slot and it doesn't work either. Maybe somehow I ruined the motherboard's video out or agp slot? I can't imagine how but who knows.
 
It is now working. All I did was reseat the ram and it was fine. Not sure why that was necessary but it appears to be working fine, but I'll plug all my components back in too and see if it works now.
