I am in the process of building a new pc. I am going with the
Asus VIA KT800 Mobo
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
Seagate 120 SATA Hard Drive
6 inch SATA, Serial ATA (15 pin) to 4 pin to power supply cable
ANTEC Performance Case with 430 watt Power Supply
Does anyone know if there is any issues hooking this hard drive to power supply to MoBo?
I ahve never hooked up a SATA drive before and dont wanna bite off more than I can chew. I know some people are experianceing headaches trying to hook this HDD to some Gigabyte Boards so I was just checking first.
If this would be a problem for someone new to installing SATA drives what would you reccomend?
