Looks like they took the K8N-E Deluxe and subtracted the gigabit PHY and the four-port add-on SATA RAID controller, but left the nF3 250Gb southbridge instead of moving down to nF3 250 standard (it has the nVidia firewall feature, and that's only on 250Gb).
