It seems this board will be in stock at ZipZoomFly in 2 days. Has anyone found any information for it? I think it's already been released in Japan. Is it likely to keep the $190 price tag? It seems quite steep considering competing boards are at least $40 less.

That's Asus. You pay more but you generally get a product that actually works out of the box without any quirks you see in other mobos. None of the other nForce3-250 boards have moved in price since introduction (save for the on again off again VNF3 secret rebate sales) so I wouldn't expect the board to change in price anytime soon.

Looking at the specs on the Asus site, it seems to have the same RAID/LAN/Audio setup as the Epox 8KDA3+.

It also adds FireWire.

However, FSB seems to be limited to 250? That's pretty low.

250? hmm; remember though; the AOpen board was a 250 limit in BIOS also; but I believe clockgen got it to 350...
