Attempting to use the "Automatic Power Up" function set up in the BIOS. Cannot get it to work. Know of two others trying the same thing with no success.
The note in the manual for this function says that it will not work if the system is shutdown by an ACPI enabled Operating System. Windows 98 SE supports ACPI. Should ACPI be disabled ? If yes, How ?
What would be the proper way to shutdown so that the Auto Power Up should work?
