ASUS K7V stopped working - ideas?

Here's the setup:

Asus K7V Slot A
Athlon 600
1 Gig Ram
IBM 34g 7200
Old HP CD-RW
New NEC DVD-+RW 3500

Here's the problem:
Left it running one night and everything was running great and was set to turn itself off. The next morning it's still running and the monitor wasn't getting a signal. After rebooting, found it was NOT getting to the POST beep, although it sounds like everything else is running fine. All lights, fans, and drive work, so I don't think it's the PSU. Even the power LED on the board is working fine.

This is on a KVM, so I switched those cables to see if it was the KVM. The other computer worked fine through that same connection, so I don't think that's it. In this process the monitor works, so that's not it. Also put in another video card, still nothing, so I don't think that's it.

I also removed all 3 sticks of ram, trying each individually and that wasn't it.

Anyone have any experience with this board and hopefully with it quitting like this?

Or does anyone have any ideas on what else to check to get it up and going?

Would clearing the CMOS help here?

Thanks for any and all help,
Bob
